What is your Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Policy?
Refunds: We usually do not refund our jewellery, but can offer an exchange or store credit.
Exchanges: We can offer an exchange within 7 days after the purchase. If an exchange is required goods are to be returned in original packaging and sent by platinum express at purchasers cost. We cannot exchange the item if it has been altered or damaged in any way. If the item chosen for exchange is cheaper than the original item, a store credit is issued. A store credit is only valid for 6 months.
Warranty: We have a standard 6-month warranty or longer if the manufacturer has an extended period greater than 6 months then this will apply. The warranty only covers manufacturing errors, damage or wear/tear caused by the customer is not covered by warranty. Our experienced jeweller will examine the item thoroughly to determine the cause of damage.
Buy-backs: We legally cannot buy back any jewellery items we’ve sold as we do not have a second-hand license.
Product aftercare: We advise all jewellery shouldn’t be worn in rough activities or whilst using cleaning products. Watches regardless of their water rating are not covered under warranty if they are worn in the shower.
